Gavia Pass is a high mountain pass in the Lombardy region, and is part of the Italian Alps. Just below the summit on the south side of the pass sits the beautiful lake Lago Nero, and at the top of the pass you will find another lake, Lago Bianco. This design mimics the popular sign found at the peak of the pass - Rifugio Bonetta refers to the restaurant/gift shop that the sign sits beside.
